The chief minister says today's cabinet reshuffle (19 January) came as a result of trying to regain public confidence.

Alfred Cannan says ongoing issues like the 20mph rollout, the Local Government (Amendment) Bill and controversial minimum wage changes evidence 'ongoing clashes' between government and society.
