April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. Candace Veney of the Winchester Department of Social Services (DSS) Family Services Team talks with host Barry Lee about how DSS handles reports of child abuse. Veney also gives tips on how children can kept safe at home while school is out and describes ways local families can seek assistance to meet their basic needs.
