In this week's episode, Vernita and Kristy talk about disproportionality among families of color within the child welfare system. Vernita talks about the causes of disproportionality and the effects it has on the African American communities, well as other families of color. The host both discuss what the child welfare workforce can do to reduce disproportionality within communities of color.
