Football Federation of Chile Case against Ecuador was dismissed by FIFA.  

The 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to be the 22nd running of the FIFA World Cup competition, the quadrennial international men's football championship contested by the national teams of the member associations of FIFA. It is scheduled to take place in Qatar from 21 November to 18 December 2022.

The Ecuador national football team represents Ecuador in men's international football and is controlled by the Ecuadorian Football Federation. They joined FIFA in 1926 and CONMEBOL a year later.

The Football Federation of Chile is the governing body of football in Chile. It was founded 19 June 1895, making it the second oldest South American association football federation, and is a founding member of CONMEBOL in 1916. 

FIFA is a non-profit organization that describes itself as an international governing body of association football, futsal and beach soccer. It is the highest governing body of association football.
