What helps me navigate a really sucky season? 😳
Knowing that both the bad and the good work together to refine us into who we are and who we will become!
If you think about it we don't know what the good is if we don't know what the bad is. There would be no way to contrast or compare. WE NEED BOTH!
If you are on the struggle bus right now...just know these times refine us. They are an opportunity of reflection, learning, and growing. Even allow us to have more compassion and help others who are going through the same crap! I find myself have a lot more gratitude during a hard season too.
You wouldn't be who you are today without going through both in your life! The bad makes the good just that much more good!
There is good in the bad and you can find it! There is always light...because there is light within you! ✨
