The start of the first cinematic universe but this one is a bit more loose with how the films play within one another. This is essentially a Wolf Man sequel by the screenwriter Curt Siodmak with the Bela Lugosi playing the Monster for the first time & Lon Chaney reprising the role of Larry Talbot.
