We are so scared of rejection.. We turn to focus on the pain than realising the power to move in the rejection. After every single No, we quit.

We are so not mindful of what we say to ourselves on daily basis, knowingly and unknowingly. The atmosphere we create for ourselves is determined by our constant thoughts and sayings. Watch what you say

Often at times we overlook the little things we have gone through and ultimately conquered. We overlook the little lessons (as we quantify) we have learnt and focus on the next "project".

Often times we do not realise, if we do, we become ignorant of the fact that we are different. Our strengths and weaknesses are different on purpose. Why now must we match ourselves/ benchmark our capabilities with other people?
