I had the pleasure of sitting down with one of the coolest men I've met in a really long time. Mr G Congo is a man who's been incarcerated but has massively turned his life around and lives by example. His instagram home workout videos are really refreshing and will definitely get you in a positive mindset to start and end your day right. He'll be be running some dance classes at a Sunderland gym once we come out of lock down in order to help people find their afro vibe.
