China's annual sessions of the NPC and the CPPCC, the most important political meetings for the country, have kicked off this week. Premier Li Qiang delivered the Government Work Report on Tuesday morning, which set the GDP growth target for this year at around five percent. A stimulus package was also unveiled to stabilize economic growth.
