China has banned a myriad of online political content, according to an unpublished censorship document obtained by the Globe and Mail. A long list of content’s been banned - including depictions of leaders and Western political critiques, flirtatious dancing, tattoos and religious proselytism. We spoke to the Globe and Mail’s Beijing correspondent Nathan VanderKlippe about what implications this has.
