Chinese scientists have proposed a rotating magnetic launcher on the moon to send lunar resources to Earth.

The system would be powered by solar and nuclear energy, recovering over 70 percent of energy after each launch.

The primary target: extracting and transporting helium-3, a potential game-changer for Earth's energy crisis.
