This week we cover the phenomenal 1974 neo-noir, "Chinatown." We discuss Roman Polanski's crimes and their stain on his films' legacies. After that we discuss the new Hollywood which birthed this film including Robert Evans and his takeover of Paramount. After we cover the history and production of the film, we read the film in an at-length discussion of the plot. Finally, we each pair "Chinatown" with another film.
