Our Never Seen Series continues with an all-time classic–Chinatown!  Jack Nicholson and Faye Dunaway headline this Oscar-winning masterpiece.  To pair, we drink a Cabernet from Dry Creek.  This neo-noir mystery takes place during a drought, so I decided to pick the driest wine possible to go with it.
