Welcome to the Effing One Podcast where we pick up the ball when F1 drops it, fumbles and scores an own goal.

It was the 1000th Grand Prix in a World Championship and it was one to forget.

But we are here to dissect it in our unusual fashion, we talk nonsense and give out the much anticipated awards. The Green Award for the driver/team who lowered their carbon footprint, the Yuji Ide Award for wasting everyone's time, the Effing One Podcast Award for making F1 great again, the Lick it and Send it Award for the driver with the best overtake and finally the Pastor Maldonado Award for dangerous driving.
