Sydney businessman Alexander Csergo has lost his bail application and been taken into custody after being found guilty of providing fake secret intelligence to suspected Chinese spies in exchange for cash. The 59-year-old will face a sentencing hearing this Friday and has indicated he will appeal the conviction.
