Chinnapat Wirachakul is Chef and Owner of Pla Too Thai at 5092 S 136th St. and I met her food before I met the expert behind the flavors. Chef Wirachakul goes by Pla, the namesake of her restaurant, which means fish and she means care and craft when she is in the kitchen and that expertise makes it your table.
