Raised by a single mother in the Dallas inner-city, Carlton learned early on the value of hard work and perseverance. He has made it his life's work to inspire young men and women to achieve their goals.

Reveal Suits are the official enshrinement jacket provider for the Naismith Pro Basketball Hall of Fame. They have also partnered with several athletic conferences to provide business apparel. Dr. Curtis Null has served as Conroe Independent School District’s Superintendent of Schools since June of 2018, leading the 9th largest district in the State of Texas with approximately 73,000 students and the largest employer in Montgomery County with over 10,000 employees. Dr. Loren J. Blanchard is the President of University of Houston-Downtown. In his first year as President of the University, Dr. Blanchard launched the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan: A New Paradigm, which has student success as its number one priority.
