Lululemon founder Chip Wilson is in trouble over his opposition to the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Despite having left the company in 2015, he still holds stakes in it and has expressed disapproval of its push towards diversity and inclusion. Wilson has been quoted as saying that the brand should not be “everything to everybody” and that it should maintain an exclusive image, suggesting that it should not cater to certain customers.
