List out what is the problem
List out possible solutions…think if I can only do 1 thing what would that be
List out support people/mentors/coaches etc
Now write out what is going well
what are you doing well right now
what have you learned
what are you focusing on
Go back to your 1 things...is that still the best thing to do. Then execute your plan and own your life and success.
Then put together an action plan with clear steps and work that plan.
