Years ago Brad Noll was an all state high school basketball player. Out of high school he decided to attend a Division II basketball program where his father coached. He was a starter and a big-time player. Entering his second year of college his school made a transition to Division II. To compete at that level his father needed to recruit stronger, more talented athletes. Brad was 5'12" as many ball players his height like to admit. He would be competing against players much taller than him and more stronger. One day his father approached Brad and they had to have a tough conversation. There was a point in the conversation that Brad's dad told him he wasn't "good enough" to start at this level. Have often do you hear those words "You're not good enough?" How often do you tell yourself that story? In this episode of Chiseled you will hear how Brad handled that conversation and how it made him a better person, father, husband, and coach.
