This is my extemporaneous rambling on what Yoga really IS. Part fact, part history, part personal feelings, all around what Yoga is.
This episode is a response to the first question I received in the suggestion box! "What are Shtira, Sukham and Drishti and are they sporadic?" I go into a medium deep dive of these words and what they mean in a yoga practice. Enjoy!
This Chitta Chat is about the continued recovery, a little rant about insurance and the concept of chronic pain. What do we do about chronic pain? How do we deal with chronic pain? My question is about how it effects us.

My Left Hip Part Deux is about the actual experience on the day of the surgery, how my yoga practice helped guide me through that day and the initial recovery. I wanted to share my experience not just on a physical level, ie surgery, but on a human level and how yoga helped and is helping me navigate this journey. This one was a little bit of an emotional rollercoaster at the beginning - hope you enjoy the ride!
This episode is the story of the evolution of the changes in my physical body and how I'm dealing with the upcoming full hip replacement on the left side.
This is the first episode of a dive into my thoughts and feelings about being a yoga teacher.
This is my first podcast. It's just a little bit about me, how I came to yoga, some of my yoga history and how I became a teacher. Just a stream of consciousness sample of my story.
This episode is a 30 minute guided relaxation practice called Yoga Nidra. You will be guided through a meditation that is meant to completely release tension and stress from the body, taking you into a very deep relaxed and balanced state. Pure Bliss! Let yourself go and find yourself on the other side feeling completely refreshed.
