At age 26, Chris Butsch has been called "The Dr. Phil of Millennials" and "The Malcolm Gladwell of Happiness." After graduating from Vanderbilt in 2013, Chris entered a promising career in IT project management only to be diagnosed with clinical depression just before his 24th birthday. Realizing the gravity of the Millennial generation's struggle with happiness, Chris left his career to study happiness full-time, interviewing Millennials from 31 countries and researching cutting-edge happiness science.
