Damn Riverside County Sheriff's Department, Not only did Deputy Chisel(5788) let a chomo(USMC Jacob Bowland) go, apparently he wasn't supposed to according to a source. Both are currently innocent until proven guilty, this for education on the practices of law enforcement in action.
 
Update:  Chomo's real name is Louis Lockard and was arrested later that night.
