Are you choosing to live and speak life today? 

Proverbs 18:21 says:

"Life and death is in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."

What we say is what we have, therefore speaking God's truth is better than speaking negatively. There's nothing wrong with acknowledging reality, but make sure to speak life over it so that it can produce the right fruit. We all go through things, but it isn't an invitation to always identify with our trauma and ignore our victory. Turn the page and write a new chapter today! God's healing is available and victory is who you are!
