The Beyond Grit podcast is based on the book Beyond Grit, written by Cindra Kamphoff, PhD, Founder and CEO of Mentally Strong Consulting and a professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato. 

Cindra, a keynote speaker and entrepreneur is also a certified mental performance coach for professional athletes, executives and championship teams from around the nation, including the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings. 

Cindra’s Co-Host is Tim McNiff, Emmy-Award winning news and sports journalist, strategic communications consultant and story-teller for the National Sports Center.
