God gave us a standard and curriculum to follow. We were not to deviate from it, but to keep it in fullness, never adding our own understanding or precepts to it, but to follow it to the letter. To leave out nothing and adding nothing to it.. the instructions defines what righteousness actually means. The mind of God is orchestrated toward his people and how we should align ourselves with His thoughts presented before us. So what's presented defines what good and evil is and it provides us a standard to what that looks like so our thoughts of what presented isn't relevant.

  1. But now are they returned to their God, and are come up from the places where they were scattered, and have possessed Jerusalem, where their sanctuary is, and are seated in the hill country; for it was desolate.
  2. Now therefore, my lord and governor, if there be any error against this people, and they sin against their God, let us consider that this shall be their ruin, and let us go up, and we shall overcome them.
