A catalyst is something that suddenly causes a change or an event, it is your turning point, that ah-ha moment where you decide to make the change. And the great thing about it is you can choose a catalyst for yourself. You get to decide what your turning point is, it could be right now, this episode could be that catalyst. 

In today's episode I am going to share with you some tips and mindset shifts you can make to help you choose your catalyst and decide to make the change that you are wanting to see in yourself. Sometimes it's a big moment that changes us, sometimes it's hitting rock bottom and realizing there's nowhere to go but up, sometimes it's a random Tuesday afternoon and we just decide we've had enough.

The beautiful thing about life is it takes one decision to completely change your trajectory. At any point you can decide to go a different direction, you need only make up your mind.
