The host discusses missions - military and otherwise from his experience in the Air Force, industry, and education. Fig shares  why he believes having a mission is so important, and the importance of choosing and defining the mission and understanding the objectives. He talks about the long term value of being "on a mission" based in part on his observation of people who have served on church-based missions and served in the Peace Corps.
