• Are you driven by tasks or pulled to a goal? - How are you living your life and actions everyday?
• Riding a bike is hard when you are looking at the front wheel. It isn't until you look at the destination that you find your balance.
• Write your goal and allow it to drive what you do. It is proactive and not reactionary!
• Print out your goals on who you want to become. It doesn't need to be hidden from anyone!
• Get input from others to help build your goals and provide encouragement.
