Chrissy Whiting-Madison received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from

Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, her Masters' degree in

Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University-Tulsa, and her

Doctorate (PhD) in Rehabilitation from the University of Arkansas.

Aside from these impressive credentials, she also teaches very simple

techniques that she says will adjust your outlook to allow better

control of your life's outcomes.

She equates 'negative thinking with our societies impaling us constantly

with negativity and self-doubt. Can you get out of this by simply

changing our mindsets to positivity?
