Les Welch had a career and good job but has always had a passion for the outdoors. He took a leap to leave his job and take a chance on making a living in the outdoor industry. Through hard work, growing a tremendous network and perseverance he now enjoys and dedicates his time working with leaders and top brands on the industry. As an 8x Ironman finisher, Les is no stranger to challenges, hard work and determination.
