I've been exploring the effect of choosing happiness and positive thinking and just how transformative it can be in your life. I'm testing out the premise of having an attitude of gratitude and refusing to think negatively or worry, engage with stress, and staying focused on thinking only positive things and things that make me happy. I have to admit I've been a bit surprised by the results as I continue to practice this method.
