choosing your hard??
People always pick what they want now, vs what they want most.
I wanted to dive into this, because there are a lot of people who
Could do better, and it is definitely possible.
Look at me I am nobody special, but the relentless hunger
And this understanding of choosing your hard.
If you want a better body right now, you can go get a gym membership.
Or hire a trainer.
An really committee to better yourself.
You know how many women want to lose weight and tone?
And how many men want to see their abs?
But you guys are sacrifice what you want most which is the nice body, for what you want now which Is fast food, chocolate, and drinking.
Today, stop doing that shit.
Because you will never reach your full potential.
You are leaving a stone unturned.
You need to be willing to work hard.
I say this because I life you have two pains:
The amount of people on a daily I see that complain about things not going
There way. Or the journey is so hard, following a diet is too hard,
Waking up early is hard, ……
Chose your hard???
And I am not knocking that being in shape is hard, its fucking difficult
Eating clean when you have a family and friends eating out,
Working out early is hard, working on when your on 4 hours of sleep
Isn’t easy.
But if you are in fitness you chose this shit!
You want to know what is harder than a fitness journey regretting not trying, regretting seeing your friend who you know you can work harder than, and look better than you.
Looking at yourself in the mirror and not enjoying the sight, or having that feeling of not being good enough for your partner.
That shit is hard.
Choose your hard here folks!
Which brings us back to the question: are you sacrificing what you want most for what
What do you want now???
Either way it is going to be painful, and I will always choose the pain of discipline.
Most people chose the pain of regret, it’s the easier choice, that's why america is
The most overweight population.
Guys stop chosing the easy shit,
Now, why am I telling you this??
Simple, I want everyone to tap into a new level, I want everyone to achieve what they
Set out to accomplish.
Squad, you go to choose your hard, learn to say no to going out on weekends.
Learn to say no for yourself.
Being selfish is self care.
When it comes down to achieving a goal, it isn’t that hard but it requires a full
Commitment to being discipline, having patience, and a lot of hard work.
It’s not really hard, guys hard is being in a third world country and not having
Access to water, not having food for the day, that is hard.
Those people have life hard, you not eating junk food isn’t that hard,
You not putting work into your goals isn’t that hard.
So many people don’t work hard on things due to anxiety,depression, and stress,
And moving through life is too hard. Look at people who live on the street, looking
For a warm place to live, and then they have to do it everyday.
This is what I think about…..
