Sabrina Kon is from Chop Value, a company that recycles chopsticks into various products. Over 80 billion single-use chopsticks are produced and used annually and Chop Value’s main goal is to partner with restaurants worldwide to reuse this waste and turn it into unique pieces of furniture.
