MHS teacher, Beth Williams, joined Byers and Co for the Education Spotlight  to talk about a new Chopped challenge is sponsored by the 4-H Extension. Student from each of the 10 foods classes will participate as the students are asked to create a dish using mystery ingredients. Each of the first 4 days focuses on a different aspect (presentation, taste, etc..) Friday will be the elimination round – Winning teams will go to U of I (in January) for a chopped finally.
