Introducing Duncan C. Gray. Mr. Gray is the Head Band Director for West Charlotte High School in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Gray was our host's first college band director and did a great job of being a director, but also built a program from scratch based on premium conditioning and character building. Tonight we met Mr. Gray and listen to his road in being a director and some of his experiences in developing a program.
