This has to be the funniest podcast I've had so far thanks to the wittiness and quick sarcasm from my friend/business owner of Built Not Bought Automotive, Justin Frank. Justin gives me the story of how he started his business of selling various aftermarket parts. As a dealer for some top name brands in the automotive industry he describes some of the horrors when dealing with customers while still maintaining professionalism and integrity. Its just a peak on the inside of how his business is run and hopefully an eye opener for those of us that may not know what its like being in the fields that dont require customer service.
