On this episode of "So, What Do You Really Do?", host Deadair Dennis chats with comedian, TV writer, and podcaster Chris Duffy. The two go way back to the Boston comedy scene, where they crossed paths at shows and podcast training classes. They dive into the Boston scene, mutual friends, Chrisโ journey from Boston to New York, and eventually Los Angeles. Listeners will be relieved to hear Dennis talking to a guest who isnโt a pandemic acquaintanceโbut an actual friend he knew long before the world went sideways. Dennis kicks things off by having Chris trace his career beginnings as a journalist, admitting that the two rarely discussed their personal lives or day jobs when they were hanging out. Chris also shares the story behind creating the popular live show and NPR podcast "You're the Expert", as well as his new podcast "How to Be a Better Human" and streaming show "Wrong Answers Only". ๐ Subscribe to stay updated with the latest episodes and join the conversation!
