Chris Gardiner has been working with High School students and developing the discipleship program at his school for the last 13 years. He and I talk about the importance of discipleship in the lives of high schoolers. He recounts how they have shaped their Community Groups and the way that they not only disciple kids but train students to disciple others. Then we chat with two students that have completed 4 years in the program. You will see not only the impact the program has had on them, but also how taking on the role of discipling others has inspired them to reach out to their individual communities.
