Chris Gilmore highlights how robotics and automation can positively effect multiple systems simultaneously: "Up scaling is a good example. What's nice about the Medicare organization is that Medicare is growing tremendously. One of the challenges they presented to us is that we can't hire people fast enough to do this work. So, by being able to automate it, we can actually slow down the hiring rate."
