Fairly new to being a father of 2 amazing kids. Chris spent the last 7 years in various L&D roles & is currently working as Head of Learning & Development at Phoenix 2 Retail.  

Spent my early career in sales & retail trying to figure out my superpower until finally, I realised it was helping other people discover theirs.
