He secured his 2019 Western States bib by earning his Golden Ticket at the first race of the season. Amazingly it came on the heels of a DNF at Javelina Jundred and a rocky finish at Cape Town. We got to go deep into the mindset of what it takes to get your head AND training to line up correctly on race day.
