The NBA Finals are almost here. Chris Paul played possibly the most meaningful game of his 16-year career, dropping 41 points and 8 assists with 0 turnovers to give Phoenix the series win over LA. The Suns are now Finals bound and get some much-needed rest while the Bucks and Hawks battle in the East. Injuries have temporarily knocked out the best player for both teams, and the better-coached Hawks won convincingly in game 4, and have a bit of momentum going into game 5. If the Hawks are able to top the Bucks, there are headaches awaiting the GM of Milwaukee regarding what to do with Jrue Holiday and possible Khris Middleton, who have both had mostly underwhelming playoff performances. Atlanta is a very young team, filled mostly with guys who have never been to the playoffs. Despite that, they have a strong chance of winning the Conference Finals, and advancing to play the Suns. Both teams are incredibly similar in their construction, with star offensive guards and solid depth at big men. It would be incredibly entertaining to see Atlanta make it to the Finals and face the Suns.
