A really interesting chat about humility, the need to be honest when mistakes are made and what the fall out is when this doesn't happen. Also the ability to make the necessary changes, however painful and move with the times. A very insightful conversation between two different generations of soldier. The reason we are better at what we do today concerning the issues raised is because of what happened with Colin and the first generation of UKSF who came into the public eye.
