Neville Kearns died in a crash in 2024, a day before he was due to stand trial on charges relating to assault, rape and attempted rape of boys in the 1980s and 1990s. In The Irish Times this weekend Orla Ryan interviews three of his victims, who wish to remain anonymous. In this interview excerpt, "Chris" explains how he was groomed and how he had hoped Neville Kearns would be forced to confront the impact of his crimes.
