Christ consciousness is another name for the infinite, loving aspect of ourselves that we access through our spiritual heart. This consciousness is the same one that lived fully in a man named Jesus, whose birth we celebrate on this Christmas day.

During this week's Heartstream, I spoke about what it means to fully embody this higher level of consciousness. The second part of the program included a Christ Consciousness Activation process to help you align with what Jesus referred to as the treasure inside your heart.
