God has given every believer a new heart...the heart of Jesus! The Word became flesh so that he could take out our hearts of stone and give us a heart of flesh...patterned after the very heart of Jesus. The seeds (words) we speak, God's words, when they are spoken into the soil (our new covenant heart) they will be their very nature produce the fruit they're designed to produce.
