Christi is a former all-star athlete turned super mom. On today's pod, we had the chance to chat with her about how she has truly mastered the art of parenting (this is our personal opinion, not hers lol), what lessons she has taken from being an athlete and applied to different aspects in her life, and the importance of giving back to her community. It was such a pleasure getting to sit down and get to know this wonderful human and how she attempts to balance her hectic life.
