We sit down with Christian Allen, a professional trail and distance runner. Christian competed on the collegiate level at Weber State before transferring to BYU. He has since signed a professional contract with Nike for the trail running circuit. 

Since recording the episode, Christian competed at the 2025 Houston Marathon where he finished as the top American in 2:10:32. Not bad for a trail runner. 

This conversation goes over all things running, his experience in high school, and now his day-to-day as a professional athlete.
