The group Erin Elizabeth is comprised of sisters Erin Nicole Bailey and Meagan Elizabeth Brown, who began writing songs at ages sixteen and thirteen. The two girls grew up in the little town of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, which will always be considered home to them. However, eight years ago, the girls and their parents (Mark and Angie Brown) moved to Greenville, SC where Mark took the Associate Minister of Music position at Taylors First Baptist Church. This move opened the door to many musical opportunities for the whole family.

During the family’s six-year ministry at Taylors First, Mark, Erin and Meagan grew together as musicians. They began to use music as a tool to connect with people outside the church walls, playing styles that range across classic rock, country, contemporary Christian and Top 40 hits. God gave them opportunities to use this music to reach people through local community block parties and even had a part in church planting in Calgary, Alberta in Canada.

As Erin Elizabeth, these two young women, along with their family, are completely open to whatever God has in store and are willing to go wherever He asks them to go. Walking by faith has become their standard for living, and God has proven Himself faithful to provide many times. They are taking what God has given them and are choosing to give it right back so that He can use the gifts for His glory.
